Organizer-in-Training

Employment type: Part time, 30/hours per week
Salary Range: $25.00 per Hour

OneAmerica is launching a new Organizing Academy where we will train and develop a cohort of organizers to build a base of immigrant leaders in King County, Yakima County, and potentially other geographies in Washington. The Organizing Academy will combine basic community organizing skills development with practical field experience. Organizers-in-Training participating in this 6-month program will gain valuable experience in canvassing, base building, civic engagement, and electoral political work.

Lead Field Organizer

Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $66,000-$70,000

OneAmerica is seeking an experienced Lead Field Organizer to manage OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes’ year-round voter engagement, education, and registration programs with a focus on building the voting and political power of WA’s migrant communities. The Lead Field Organizer will develop and implement our field programs alongside our organizing staff in King, Clark, and Yakima Counties, manage volunteer leaders, and organize values-aligned elected leaders and institutions to join our field work.

Events and Data Coordinator

Employment type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $56,000-$59,000

OneAmerica is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented administrative support professional with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for social justice and systems change. This individual will ensure OneAmerica programs and teams have the administrative support they need to execute ambitious organizational goals, with a focus on organizing, civic engagement, state and federal policy change, and leadership development. The role, while supervised by the Development Director, involves working closely with the Organizing and Civic Engagement teams to support event and campaign logistics, as well as tracking information and data via Salesforce, Voter Action Network (VAN), and an organizing CRM such as Nationbuilder or similar.
